Our Story

Born in Uganda, Built for Uganda

ConnectUG was founded in 2019 by a group of Ugandan tech enthusiasts who saw a clear gap: thousands of businesses were missing out on digital growth because existing solutions were too expensive, too complex, or just not designed for Ugandan realities — slow networks, mobile money payments, and smartphone-first users.

We set out to change that. Today, we've helped over 500 businesses across Kampala, Gulu, Mbarara, Entebbe, and beyond to launch, grow, and succeed online. Our approach is simple: keep it fast, keep it mobile, keep it affordable, and keep it Ugandan.
